My professional life has always involved working directly with customers, clients, partner organisations, volunteers, and the general public. I specialise in customer service, community engagement, events, complaints resolution, reputation management, and anticipating need. I'm also well experienced with working with neurodivergent people and those with diverse communication needs. By 2012, as social media use picked up, I decided that it was time these skills were used to improve online social media engagement for business, social enterprise, and charity. Social Results was born - 26 June 2012 Social Results now provides strategic and hands on content creation, copywriting and editing services, social analytics reporting, G4A reporting, digital communications audits, guidance and training. I'm very fortunate to have a wide network of highly skilled and trusted professionals from a variety of backgrounds to deliver websites, video content, events, voiceovers, voice acting, online and offline accessibility training, SEO and more.
